Smart Education are looking for a Personal Care Assistant to support teaching staff in the development and personal care of students, including the provision of specialist skills as appropriate within an educational setting for students aged with profound and multiple learning difficulties.

Ability and willingness to support the personal care needs of students. The ability to follow instructions and be able to show initiative and work independently. To make effective contributions to the team as appropriate. The experience of and the ability to deal positively with young adults and parents/carers.

You must have experience in working with and supporting young people in their education on a 1:1 basis, having the ability to provide manual handling and personal care.

It is also required that you have a good understanding of English and Maths.

Qualifications Required:6+ Months minimum personal care experience. Good understanding of Maths and English.

£58.00 per day
(5 hours)

Hours: 10.15am - 3.15pm
