About Our Client:

The client is a charity.

Key EA responsibilities

  • Full coordination for meetings including; preparation and minutetaking for internal and external in person and virtual meetings, including coordinating attendances, booking and preparing rooms, arranging catering.
  • Booking travel and accommodation.
  • To plan, coordinate and book meetings
  • To act as a first point of contact for the Exec Director for all Admin tasks
  • To organise and prioritise diary appointments and proactively maintain diaries and calendars
  • To maintain filing systems

The Successful Applicant:


  • Previous experience of supporting at Director or Board level in a finance team
  • Experience in inbox and diary management
  • Able to work to tight deadlines and lastminute changes under pressure
