About Our Client:
The client is a charity.
Key EA responsibilities
- Full coordination for meetings including; preparation and minutetaking for internal and external in person and virtual meetings, including coordinating attendances, booking and preparing rooms, arranging catering.
- Booking travel and accommodation.
- To plan, coordinate and book meetings
- To act as a first point of contact for the Exec Director for all Admin tasks
- To organise and prioritise diary appointments and proactively maintain diaries and calendars
- To maintain filing systems
The Successful Applicant:
- Previous experience of supporting at Director or Board level in a finance team
- Experience in inbox and diary management
- Able to work to tight deadlines and lastminute changes under pressure
