    Responsible for delivering and continuously improving training programs; coaching to the highest standard, executing training, and developing / enhancing materials as required.

    In the simplest terms we are there to help them at every step.

    Be responsible for marking and providing constructive feedback on projects to the apprentice and portfolio of evidence in preparation for EPA.

    Mentor apprentices in line with Data Analyst programme standards and offer support and guidance from the start of the programme to finish, along with professional skills required for the workplace.


    • Actively support apprentices remotely and in the workplace ensuring apprentices follow the agreed programme and schedule.
    • To ensure your own skill sets are kept up to date and relevant, attending training courses to further your personal development and knowledge, completing a minimum of 30 hours CPD per annum.
    • To focus on how delivering an excellent apprenticeship experience for apprentices and their employers, monitoring progress at the academy and in the workplace.
    • Maintain appropriate tracking systems and procedures relating to quality, compliance, management and assessment
    • Understand and follow all relevant Apprentify Policies and Processes
    Minimum of 3 years' experience of work in a delivering Data Analyst apprenticeships

    • Knowledge of Digital IT standards and requirements.
    • Knowledge of apprenticeship standards particularly digital and tech and work-based learning
    • Knowledge of the current Ofsted Education Inspection Framework
    • Pastoral welfare of young people and colleagues
    • Ability to work in a flexible manner, adapt to different environments and solve problems independently
    • Experience of training and delivery in a data analyst environment
    • Knowledge of the further education (FE) Sector and funded programmes
    • Training / mentoring / assessing experience in FE
