Robertson Bell have partnered with and industry leading property group with offices in London and across the South who is Looking for an experienced Rents Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

This role gives you the opportunity to utilise yourtechnical skills by analysing large sets of data and looking at ways to automate the processes.

The main responsibilities of the Rent Manager include:

Managing affordable rent setting process analyse the financial performance of the various streams
Ensuring the integrity of the rents and service charges are managed and upheld
Developing systems to ensure accurate reporting
Providing insight into annual rent increase by keeping up to date with rate models
Keeping up to date with Government policies pertaining to the role
