This is a hybrid role based in our Manchester office, you must live within a commutable distance.

No two days are the same in this exciting new role, but on a typical day you will
- Collaborate with the marketing teams to understand content requirements and objectives.
- Conceptualise, plan, and execute video and photo shoots for various sports travel experiences.
- Capture highquality video footage and images that highlight our products, activities, and participant interactions.
- Edit and postproduce videos to create engaging and compelling stories, incorporating music, graphics, and effects where appropriate.
- Edit and retouch photos to ensure they meet the company's visual requirements.
- Create shortform video content optimized for social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage equipment, lighting, and technical aspects of shoots to ensure optimal visual quality.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the quality of content produced.
- Maintain and organise a library of visual assets for easy retrieval and use across multiple platforms.
- As required, provide wider marketing support to Destination Sport Group's central marketing and divisional marketing teams.
- Proven experience as a videographer and photographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in video and photo editing.
- A solid understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Strong creative vision and ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals.
- The ability to think on your feet to adapt to a wide variety of filming scenarios in often timesensitive environments.
- Excellent attention to detail and an eye for capturing the right moments.
- Strong organisational and timemanagement skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within a team environment.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly for assignments as required.
- A passion for sports and travel.
