We are looking for a superstar Receptionist/Administrator to join this globally commodities firm in the heart of London - this is a fast-paced and demanding role, and would suit someone looking to step into a corporate environment where they are happy wearingmany hats.

Paying up to £37k DOE.

  • Hours 86pm

This role would really suit someone with around 18 months experience that enjoys working in a corporate/professional environment - the role is very fast-paced and busy so you'll always have something to do.

There is also fantastic scope for progression withinthe team so it's a company with fantastic longevity if you're looking for your next long-term role.


Duties include:

  • Act as the central point of contact for all Reception activities and FOH operations
  • Register, meet and greet visitors / guests and provide refreshments
  • Answer all incoming calls to the London main line including taking messages
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings and other events as necessary
  • Assist in the coordination of interviews when necessary
  • Accept, distribute and prepare mail and delivery of packages, including liaising with couriers
  • Management of all meeting rooms including booking the rooms and clearing up after the meetings
  • Processes invoices in a timely manner and liaise with internal finance / treasury teams where needed to ensure payment
  • Work with the Office Manager to order, maintain and despatch office supplies including snacks / milk / drinks for the office
  • Support the Office Manager with any other office admin tasks, e.g. health and safety matters for the office
  • Support with any other ad hoc projects / requests, such as dealing with expenses, go to the postoffice, dealing with adhoc errands
  • Support the EA / TA with adhoc / limited travel arrangements, diary support and other tasks where required.
