Brief job description:

Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a marketing apprentice with Xpert electrical, an approved electrical contractor based in Brighouse.

As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you'll be working closely with Xpert electrical leadership team to support them across all aspects of project fulfilment, including but not limited to content creation, copywriting, reporting, and improvement of processes to get things to the best level.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

Create and schedule content for social media, (all channels including Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Monitor and engage with accounts on social media.
Create and schedule online advertising, (Meta paid ads), monitor and analyse performance.
Create marketing materials, (advertising, information guides, signs).
Create and update landing pages / websites using Canva and WordPress.
Contact clients, take and pass on messages to other team members.
Assist with day to day workings of administrative office, provide administrative support for anything related to the company and support other team members to aid them in achieving our mission.

Qualifications:

5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths).

Skills Required:

Computer literate with a strong grasp of grammar and punctuation.
It will be advantageous if you have a good understanding of online marketing.
Extremely organised, punctual and together.
Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.

Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
