Duties & Responsibilities:
- Purchase & Sales Ledger management
- Credit Control
- Bank Reconciliations and recurring entries
- Credit Card Reconciliations
- Dealing with Foreign Currency conversion in Sage
- BACS payment runs
- Payroll preparation
- Purchase invoices matching
- General admin & HR admin
- General reception duties
- Ad-Hoc PA support to the management team
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Strong communicator
- Advanced Sage Line 50 skills
- Polite telephone manner
- Detail orientated
- Experience with Sage autoentry
- Understanding of Fixed Assets, Depreciation, Accruals, Prepayments and Journals
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 28 per week
Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

Hybrid remote in Bury St. Edmunds
