    • Build strong customer relationships by engaging with and understanding their needs
    • Set clear team goals aligned with business priorities
    • Partner with external stakeholders to design our services, demonstrating the highest levels of professionalism throughout
    • Collaborate with other teams across engineering as well as cross-functionally
    • Develop an excellent understanding of TradingHub's key products

    • Significant software engineering ability using C# or another OOP language
    • A deep enthusiasm for computers and a fundamental understanding of how they work from the ground up
    • Happy to design from scratch using first principles as well as off-the-shelf technologies
    • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
    • Excellent task management and commercial prioritisation skills
    • Good understanding of multithreading principles e.g. memory management, parallel computing
    • Expertise with database technologies such as NoSQL, MongoDB etc.
    • Comfortable working on multiple fast-paced projects throughout their lifecycle, articulating key decisions and establishing best practices
