Description

Chase Taylor Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Production Manager to join an established Timber window manufacturer.

Reporting to the Operations Manager and overseeing 20 joiners in a timber window and door manufacturer facility you will have overall responsibility for managing the production facility and factory.

Other duties will also include:

Implementing lean principles and techniques
Being responsible for all Health and Safety
Producing monthly production plans and control efficiency
Monitoring labour efficiency and material usage
Managing all production staff; time keeping, holiday entitlement, absenteeism, and appraisals
Attending daily team briefing and weekly production meetings

It is essential you have previous production management experience within the timber and joinery manufacturing sector.
