Description

A well respected, home improvement and glazing renovation company, who offers a full catalogue of home improvement products, including options in uPVC, aluminium and timber is currently recruiting for a dedicated and pro-active Installation Co-ordinator.

You will be responsible for planning and scheduling projects and ensuring that all customers are kept informed and up dated on the progress of their order.

This will include managing any variations to the customer's original order and making sure that allinformation is collected and completed to ensure the smooth running of the installation process including any snagging items that may need completing.


The successful person will take ownership of the customer experience, making sure they receive excellent service throughout and that all internal and external stakeholders are co-ordinated effectively.

This will involve booking Installation dates, liaisingwith the Fitting Teams, and ensuring that all resources are planned correctly whilst making sure that the CRM System is kept up-dated.

You will be called upon to problem solve, preferably identifying potential issues before they arise, making sure that customersare made aware and that any remedial actions are booked in and completed.

The role is a permanent full-time position and will be based at the company's Head Office in Aldershot.

You will be joining a busy and customer focused business that has developed an excellent reputation for the quality of their products and the servicethey offer.

They are a high-end installation business who operate on a regional basis and this role is seen as a key appointment within the Operations Team.
