Description
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers in person
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries or complaints promptly
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Analyse customer interactions and data to improve service quality
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional phone etiquette at all times
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy levels
- Bilingual proficiency to assist multilingual customers effectively
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
Job Types:

Pay:
From £25,313.12 per year
