The Company

With a highly supportive culture investing heavily in their people, our client is a growing financial services business based in central Birmingham who are rapidly growing and require support within their Dealing & Registrations team.


The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across a number of different areas of fund management. You will initially be involved in assistance with processing deal instructions to buy, sell and transfer shares across funds. You will place and confirminvestment trades and update client records and identify any potential issues around trades. You will compile reports and use Excel on a daily basis to report on prices for investors. This role will require data entry and competent use of variety of systemsto enable you to process client instructions.

You may already be working in financial services within a data focussed administration role or you may be a recent graduate with a numerical degree and some work experience or interest in a trading or fund management environment.

This role will suit an ambitious individual wanting to develop their skills within a fund management environment. You will be a proficient user of MS Office with strong Excel skills and be highly numerate.

With strong attention to detail you will have excellentcommunication skills demonstrating the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
