Description

We are seeking Workstream Leads to play key roles in the implementation of the new Oracle Cerner EPR programme incorporating the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) across South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw (SYB) Pathology.

Each Workstream Lead (LIMS) will be responsible for the delivery of the workstream, ensuring appropriate planning and support is in place to enable successful service transition and drive operational change whilst removing unwarranted variation.

The post holder will provide practical support to both the wider EPR Implementation Team and Laboratory teams across SYB Pathology network and will share functionality and anticipated configuration of the new LIMS and how processes could align.

They will work as a liaison between the laboratory and operational service workstreams within the programme, various IT and Data teams and the system suppliers, Oracle Cerner.

We are looking for Workstream Leads for each of the following areas:

Blood Sciences
Blood Transfusion
Histopathology
Microbiology

The post holders will have excellent analytical, organisation, communication and leadership skills evidenced by the ability to establish productive working relationships across organisations.
