Description
We made our name by building winning competition cars but we've grown far beyond the race track.

Our capabilities include complete ground-up design, build and manufacturing commissions for one-off concept cars and low volume production road cars.

Later this year the first of our very own GT cars inspired by the 250 GT SWB will be ready to roll.

A quick look on our social media pages will give you an idea of some of the really exciting projects we get involved in and if you want to be a part of this, we are looking for 2 Inventory and Stores Controllers to join our team on a fixed term contract for 6 months, potentially 12.


The main purpose of the role is to support the Stores Department in the safe execution of moving, picking, packing consumable items and component parts.

This will involve managing day to day operations such as goods in/goods out, picking from job orders, issuing stock to internal stakeholders via external customer orders, keeping the stock on the business ERP system accurate and up to date at all times.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Receipting deliveries from suppliers/couriers ensuring all incoming goods have relevant and appropriate paperwork for audit purposes.
  • Issuing requested parts from stock to jobs accurately and precisely, ensuring shortages are filled.
  • Storing items in appropriate packaging and locations whilst adhering to FIFO
  • Maintaining concise and current stock records by accurately updating systems and, where required, written records with issue and receipt information
  • Perform and record required stock checks promptly and accurately including PI counts
  • Contribute to site operational efficiency by identifying potential bottlenecks
  • Contribute to improvements and ERP System procedures
In order to be successful in this position you will need:

  • Good computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience working in a similar role
  • Previous use of an MRP/ERP System
  • Ability to work without close supervision
  • Team player
  • High attention to detail
  • Understanding of mechanical components
