We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Service Advisor to join our client's premium brand dealership in Croydon.

You will be the primary point of contact between our customers and the dealership, ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered at all times.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide updates on the progress of their vehicle servicing or repair work
Create customer invoices and provide explanations of the work carried out on their vehicle
Upsell additional services and products to customers
Proactively reschedule appointments for future maintenance and servicing
Ensure all customer interactions are logged and documented accurately in the dealership management system

Requirements:

A passion for providing excellent customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work proactively, multitask, and meet deadline
Comfortable working with computer systems and digital tools
Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry is a plus but not essential
