Temp to perm role for someone looking to progress their Recruitment / TA career- Working for a fast paced Financial Services firrm based in City of London
About Our Client:
A Financial Services firm based in the City of London.
Key responsibilities:
- Start to finish recruitment process
- Producing job descriptions & advertising the roles using Linkedin
- Building relationships with hiring managers & third parties
- Creating shortlists & coordinating interviews
- Sending out offer letters & contracts
- Ensuring references are completed & any preemployment checks are done
- Opportunity to get involved in projects
- Contributing to improving processes
The Successful Applicant:
- MUST HAVE FINANCIAL SERVICES EXPERIENCE
- Previous recruitment experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self starter & uses initiative
- Able to work under pressure with high volumes of work
