Site Team Apprentice-Property Maintenance

37 hours a week full time-fixed term for 24 months

£5.28 hourly for the first 12 months

To start as soon as possible

Cornwall Education Learning Trust (CELT) is seeking to appoint a Level 2 Property Maintenance Apprentice to work as a mobile engineer across the Mid Cornwall delivering planned (scheduled) preventative maintenance.

Learning and using Safe Systems of Work and Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 in the delivery and completion of all work(s)
Assisting the Mobile Engineer in the completion of jobs including mechanical and electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating and general building fabric repairs
Meeting and working with a diverse range of schools

This is an exciting time to join our large and dynamic Trust, which is responsible for educating over 7,500 learners across four secondary schools, one junior school and nine primary schools.
