Job Title:
Payroll Supervisor / Payroll Team Leader

Location:
Surbiton, Kingston Upon Thames, Teddington, Twickenham, Hampton, Esher, New Malden, Wimbledon

Salary:
£38,000 - £45,000 + Benefits

Immediate start - Immediate Interviews

Responsibilities will include:

To ensure that the functions relating to payroll are completed accurately and in a timely manner,
Adequate records and documentation are kept updated and compliance with legal, procedural and audit requirements is maintained.
Prepare payroll data for the company for processing by payroll bureau on montly basis.
Monitor payroll changes, advances, starters, leavers, increases, etc.
Monitor PAYE taxation for UK based and seconded employees.
Respond to payroll enquiries and from employees and government offices (DSS, Tax Offices).
Ensure that payroll element of internal system is continously updated.
Audit and verify secondment labour and travel billings, with coding to appropriate cost centres.
Assist Finance Department with allocation of labour costs, labour accruals and personal taxation accruals.
Provide management with monthly reports on labour costs, labour accruals and personal taxation accruals.
Keep up to date with payroll legislation and procedures and advise other members of the HR department where appropriate.

Experience & Skills

A Minimum of 34 year's experience within a payroll function
Teamplayer
Supervisory experience advantageous
Personable, self motivated and reliable
Ability to communicate on all levels in a clear and concise manner both verbally and electronically
Highly organised and methodical
PC literate
