Description

Our client, based in Central Brighton near to the railway station, is an international supplier of high-end specialist beauty products.

They are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team on an initial 6-month basis.


Requirements:


  • Native English speaker, Mandarin Chinese highly advantageous
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Patient and calm when dealing with difficult queries
  • Competent in use of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
  • Customerexperience oriented
  • Some software the company uses is in Mandarin Chinese so you will need to be comfortable working with a primarily Chineseoverseas based team, and happy to learn some characters to enable you to use the sofrware

Salary:
£11/hour


Full Time:40 hour week, Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch break


Temporary, initial 6-month contract
