The role involves regular contact with senior individuals with a blend of quant work (e.g. data analysis to diagnose needs) and qualitative work (e.g. devising and implementing solutions to those needs).Job responsibilities:
We work on projects around:
- Organizational strategy, structure and efficiency
- Driving our special fastpaced and collaborative culture
- Continually understanding and improving the employee experience
- Early career program investments
- Enabling our talent to do great work
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Relevant experience in individual or organizational development and/or HR
- Analytical skill / data literacy both qualitative and with Excelbased data; accuracy, attention to detail; able to interpret data and propose/compare interpretations and further questions
- Project management able to prioritize tasks to achieve milestones/timelines, identify resources appropriately; track, monitor and communicate
- Initiative, drive, and curiosity to take the work a step further each time; a desire/tendency to get highly engaged in your work
- Strategic thinking shows potential to detect and understand broader issues and patterns; always considers the big picture
- Critical thinking and problemsolving demonstrates curiosity and a logical, organized and methodical approach
- Psychology degree preferred but not essential
