Responsibilities

  • Provide a full clerical, administrative and data collection service
  • Answer enquiries, take down referral information accurately and collate information from referrals and assessments for further reports
  • Manage own workload and adhere to specific deadlines
  • Sympathetic and sensitive to client confidentiality whilst dealing with very difficult situations
  • Support the Social worker in all daily duties as required

Requirements:


  • Knowledge and experience of Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Case Management systems, Internet
  • Experience of managing and updating a data base or workbook
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience of diary management, organising meetings and recording accurate minutes
  • Work on own initiative and manage your own workload and diary
  • Hold 2 years administration experience

Salary:
£10.42 per hour


Ongoing temporary position, part time, 15 hours per week (flexible)
