Responsibilities
- Provide a full clerical, administrative and data collection service
- Answer enquiries, take down referral information accurately and collate information from referrals and assessments for further reports
- Manage own workload and adhere to specific deadlines
- Sympathetic and sensitive to client confidentiality whilst dealing with very difficult situations
- Support the Social worker in all daily duties as required
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience of Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Case Management systems, Internet
- Experience of managing and updating a data base or workbook
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience of diary management, organising meetings and recording accurate minutes
- Work on own initiative and manage your own workload and diary
- Hold 2 years administration experience
