The ONE Group are working with a leading Cambridge based, tech developer and manufacturer, to assist their search for a payroll specialist.
The role is on a hybrid basis with 3 days a week in office and 2 from home. Ideally for a start in January 2023.Benefits:

This is a really exciting position for someone to come in and put their mark on a payroll function, you'll be responsible for the efficient running of the payroll for the UK and Europe.
The payroll final process is outsourced to a payroll bureau, but youwill be integral to setting up processes for new countries within Europe as and when growth see's the company explore these locations.
Responsibilities:
- Collating all data to be outsourced to payroll bureaus for the UK (c170 people) and EMEA (c15 people)
- Assisting the set up of new payroll process in new European countries
- Reconciling payroll data
- Submitting all relevant data for starters, leavers and transfers etc
- Main point of contact regarding HMRS, PAYE and NI enquiries
- Pension and holiday administration
