Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join our friendly team.

You will provide professional and business focused HR support and advice to managers and will be aligned to specific Divisions working alongside colleagues and the wider HR team.


The role offers the opportunity to develop a broad generalist portfolio of HR experience in a supportive and proactive team environment.

You will support and advise on a wide range of issues including sickness absence management, disciplinary and grievance, change management and interpretation of policies and terms and conditions of employment.


This role will involve working flexibly, which could include working from the main office on the Stepping Hill site, community locations and there is also the opportunity to work from home on a hybrid arrangement.
