Previous experience in similar environment, working with fresh food menus at a high standard, in smaller venues and leading the kitchen alongside and in the absence of the Head Chef.

General management of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
Producing consistent high-quality dishes and cooking to an exceptional standard.
