This a fantastic time to join our evolving manufacturing client who are seeking a strategic Customer Services Manager to lead there EMEA customer service team in a new and exciting direction.


This is a great opportunity to go on a journey as the company develops and demonstrate true leadership whilst organisatonal change occurs.


Responsibilities for the Customer Service Manager EMEA:

  • Lead 3 teams across the UK and German market to provide excellent B2B customer service
  • Review current procedures within the team and shape a new strategy to positively change the dynamics of the customer service team
  • Make the environment more collaborative and give the team a chance to develop as the business grows
  • Implement a new system into the team for more efficiency

Experience required for the Customer Service Manager EMEA:

  • Strategic customer service management
  • Proven in taking a customer service team on a journey
  • Experience implementing a new system
  • Strong training and mentoring skills
  • Preferred experience in a product led industry
  • International experience beneficial
