This a fantastic time to join our evolving manufacturing client who are seeking a strategic Customer Services Manager to lead there EMEA customer service team in a new and exciting direction.
This is a great opportunity to go on a journey as the company develops and demonstrate true leadership whilst organisatonal change occurs.
Responsibilities for the Customer Service Manager EMEA:
- Lead 3 teams across the UK and German market to provide excellent B2B customer service
- Review current procedures within the team and shape a new strategy to positively change the dynamics of the customer service team
- Make the environment more collaborative and give the team a chance to develop as the business grows
- Implement a new system into the team for more efficiency
Experience required for the Customer Service Manager EMEA:
- Strategic customer service management
- Proven in taking a customer service team on a journey
- Experience implementing a new system
- Strong training and mentoring skills
- Preferred experience in a product led industry
- International experience beneficial
