The firm has been established for a number of years and is experiencing rapid growth by delivering client focused, holistic wealth planning and investment solutions for its clients.

The Role

Our client is looking to recruit a Portfolio Implementation Specialist to join the Investment Team.

The Investment Team is responsible for setting the investment strategy, building and implementing client portfolios that deliver the investment solutions for the companies clients.

Placing of fund orders across a number of investment platforms for new investments and portfolio rebalances and switches
Updating data on portfolio management and CRM system
Managing regular investment and regular withdrawal processes
Liaise with numerous stakeholders to source data for account reconciliation
Produce and review weekly exception and control reports in a timely manner
Identify, escalate and resolve any anomalies efficiently
Recognize inefficiencies and work collaboratively to develop process improvements to reduce operating risks
Understanding of investment implementation and experience of mutual fund dealing
Ability to maintain a high standard of accuracy and diligence
Experience using multiple retail investment platforms and/or portfolio management systems (experience of Figaro would be beneficial)
Proficient in Microsoft excel (essential)
Numerate and detail orientated with a proactive and problemsolving mind set
Good communication skills both written and oral

Hiring manager has indicated that he not looking for an individual who is seeking move up the career ladder into an Investment Analyst/Assistant Portfolio Managerhe wants somebody who is going to be comfortable undertaking this role for the foreseeable future.

Thsi role would suit an indivual from either an Investment or Financial Planning support background, he would also be happy to consider a Mum returning to work and can be flexible re working hours.
