Description
We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join a leading UK charity based in London.
Our client is looking for a talented individual to support their payroll process and ensure that all employees are paidaccurately and on time.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting and supporting with the running of the monthly payroll
- Maintaining accurate and uptodate payroll records
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding pay and benefits
- Processing new hires, terminations, and other changes to employee records
- Coordinating with the HR team to ensure that payroll information is accurate and uptodate
- Handling payrollrelated audits and reporting
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Experience with payroll software and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
