Invoice Administrator - Scania Assistance

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 07:00 - 17:00, Thursday 07:00 - 16:30


Salary starting from £24,035 plus excellent benefits package


Scania Assistance have an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent attention to detail to fill the position of Invoice Administrator.

You will handle all invoices and contribute to identifying and implementing efficiencies across Scania Assistance Centres globally.


Key Responsiilities:


  • Independently administer the local Scania Assistance accounts payable and receivables ledger.
  • Check and control the cost and quality of an invoiced repair as well as the accuracy of the invoice.
  • Manage invoice corrections in workshop invoices.
  • Deal with invoice queries from dealers, workshops and distributors.
  • Responsible for monitoring and managing accounts receivable including issuing invoices (payment requests), sending statements, reminder routines, reinvoicing, and ensuring payment on time.
  • Initiate payments to repairing workshops.
