Responsibilities
- Print daily bank statements
- Process EDI's, SED and manual statements
- Perform daily Revenue run
- Record all daily statements received onto statement control
- Index scanned statements
- Bank provider cheques weekly
- To promote and always work towards company policy of delivery of Client Best Interest outcomes
- To ensure adherence at all times to the company suite of policy and procedures, with distinct regard and compliance with the Conflict of Interest Policy and Inducement and Incentive policy
- To take responsibility for own performance and to identify personal development areas
Experience and Qualifications
- Good allround education, including Mathematics and English GCSE 'O' Levels
- 1 years' experience with processing skills is essential
Personal Skills
- Good keyboard skills
- Good communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Eye for detail
- A confident individual possessing a sound systematic and methodical approach to work is essential, able to work as part of a team and committed to the highest standards of work and integrity
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as working effectively as part of a team; however, even more importantly is the willingness to adopt a flexible approach to the work undertaken
- Demonstrate commitment by regular attendance and efficient completion of all tasks allocated
- Carry out duties and responsibilities in compliance with health and safety policies and statutory regulations
- Maintain high standards of personal accountability
- Willingness to undertake training and progress personal development
