Description
Our client is a provider of healthcare services supporting the NHS, who run projects including the recent vaccination programme and upcoming boosters.
They are looking to hire a Staff Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a superb team supporting healthcare in our community.Responsibilities
- Build rotas and assign appropriate staff to the shifts on the workforce platform for all leadership, clinical, administrative, and volunteer staffing
- To identify gaps in rotas and fill accordingly
- To complete onsite rotas for use by the team
- Ensure pay rates are correct across the platform and that the platform is up to date to allow for accurate reporting
- Manage workforce numbers and adjust according to clinic numbers
- Respond and resolve staffing queries in terms of shifts and changes
- Liaise with the payroll lead, to ensure the rates of pay and hours for the workforce platform are correct
- Send bulk communications to workforce on behalf of the service and clinical leadership
- To oversee and process the onboarding and recruitment of staff on to the workforce platform for the service
- To ensure necessary documentation is collected, checked and saved for contractors on the workforce platform
- To enable staff on to the workforce platform once documentation is complete
