The current execution scope for the Woodsmith Mine Project, includes the sinking and lining of two (2) deep shafts, namely the Production Shaft (PS) and Service Shaft (SS), as well as the further development of the Material Transport Shaft (MTS).

Due to the generally single face nature of this work, it is critical to establish analysis and improvement processes to support schedule adherence.

In order to achieve this objective an Analysis and Improvement Specialist is required.

Establish an analysis and improvement framework.

Provide weekly reports on adherence to schedule. Provide analysis of the schedule deviations and establish action plans to address.

Develop reports to identify and status continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop root cause analysis process for repeat and/or major schedule impact events.

Maintain schedule improvement opportunity tracker.

Ability to analyse bulk data to disseminate critical information

  • Complete time trials and analyse results

  • Able to work independently using own initiative, or as part of a team
  • A cando, handson approach, able to work well under pressure and prioritise workload to meet project needs.
