Key Responsibilities:
Lead on the Project Plan for Interpretation.
- Ensuring that the Sherbourne Valley Project brand and funder recognition is incorporated into all forms of communication and interpretation associated with the project.
- Managing the Sherbourne Valley Project website and social media channels.
- Actively engaging the media and link with local/national campaigns to raise the profile of the project.
Project Management:
- Liaising with project partners and funders to ensure they are kept informed of all planned activity.
- Working to delegated project budgets and resources and purchase small items; reporting on progress in an accurate and timely manner through 1:1s and expenses.
Management and Development of Volunteers:
- Providing inspirational leadership to volunteers.
- Encouraging volunteers to become fully involved with the process of planning, organising and leading elements of the scheme.
- Undertaking risk assessments for sites and activities and ensure that the Trust's Health and Safety policies are followed.
