We seek to hire a highly motivated and dedicated Global Talent Acquisition Advisor/Coordinator (f/m/d) to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team.

This role is open for the following locations:
Hamburg, Munich, Göttingen, Oxfordshire, Macclesfield, Orth/Donau, Lyon, Toulouse and Verona.

We designed our Global Talent Acquisition delivery model to serve the business strategically and effectively with a functions-based approach.

Our Advisor team plays a crucial role in this model by ensuring smooth coordination and best-in-class experience for internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do:

Provide administrative support to the GTA team, including continuous process improvement and other ad-hoc duties.- Ensure data quality and accuracy on Workday. Promote our culture and be an active ambassador for our employer brand.

What you bring:

First experience with coordinating and administrating best-in-class processes
Excellent organizational skills, with great attention to detail
Strong communicator (Verbal & Written) and customer focus with the ability to build trusted relationships
Proven problem solving, decision making, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to prioritize activities and deal with multiple projects at the time
Bring your ideas and help to make them a reality
Positive mindset and the willingness to learn and grow
Business fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
