Job Description:


We are looking for a HR officer for a local manufacturers based in Coventry, your role will be to assist the HR Manager in day to day HR and Administration duties.


Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resource Officer.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for human resources to contribute to the success of our team.


Duties:


  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in various HR systems such as HRIS, Taleo, Salesforce, PeopleSoft, and Workday.
  • Assist with the coordination of recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes in employee benefits plans.
  • Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist with employee relations activities, including organising employee events and recognition programs.
  • Manage social media platforms to promote company culture and engage with employees.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a human resources department.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems such as HRIS, Taleo, Salesforce, PeopleSoft, or Workday.
  • Proficient in data entry and record keeping.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Temporary contract

Up to £30,000.00 per year
