Graduate Sourcing Consultant

Tasks:

Supporting Senior Sourcing staff with the search, selection, and screening of Permanent IT resources (both Graduate and Senior) for Reply UK, Benelux & France businesses
Diligent evaluation and management of all contract and freelance documentation to ensure compliance with ISO standards and corporate policies associated with onboarding thirdparties
Creating and formatting job descriptions and advertisements in line with Reply branding standards

Qualifications:

A minimum Bachelor's degree (2.1 or higher) is required in IT or a Businessrelated field
Selfstarter that is able to work autonomously, delivering high volume results
Smart, articulate and unflappable
Our work is high pressure and the expectations of performance are equally high
Strong communications skills and professional telephone manner, with ability to quickly identify quality results
Knowledge and/or exposure to business and management principles involved in planning and resource allocation
Appreciation of human behaviours, individual differences in ability, personality and interests, learning and motivation
Any interest or prior knowledge of IT Consulting would be beneficial
