    x2 days per week in Bournemouth office (x3 WFH)
    An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Capacity, Planning and Performance team.

    You'll be working in our Channel Planning function to design, build, develop and enhance capacity models to support the Branch Network.

    In this challenging and rewarding role you will influence decisions that have real impact on the future direction of the Retail Network.

    Your ability to quickly see trends and issues from data will enable you to deliver key insights that tell a story, ultimately guiding our planning and decision making.

    The exciting nature of this role means that you will be involved in short, medium, and long term insight; providing planning support for day-to-day, for upcoming projects and for future strategies.

    Completing and presenting analysis used directly by senior management
    Telling the story of the analysis and bringing it to life for the wider business picture
    Influencing the shape of our branch network

    Have the ability to work at pace and react to changing work requests and priorities in a timely manner.

    Be experienced in completing analysis, along with having a proven ability to derive insight from various complex sources.
    Be a confident and advanced user of Microsoft Excel (e.g. vlookups, pivot tables and complex formulae), and of Microsoft PowerPoint (to pull packs together and present information).

    Ideally technically robust and comfortable with analysing large volumes of data using tools such as SPSS Modeller, SAS, SQL or Power BI.

    Knowledge of the financial services industry.
