Duties will include

Assisting with navigation to customers as per daily schedule.
Providing service as per customer request. This will include operating shredding equipment and weighing equipment as necessary.
Ensuring work order instructions are followed. This includes weighing/ counting items as necessary, ensuring any discrepancies on work orders are highlighted to the driver / operator on site.
Supporting the driver/operator in ensuring vehicle has the correct tools on board to do the jobs required.
Ensuring the correct PPE is worn at all times whilst at the customer's premises, company site and whilst operating shredding machinery.
Ensuring any spillages are taken care off as instructed in spill kit training.
Recording all consignment details on the destruction certificates or waste transfer notes if ad hoc offsite service.
Operating Tablets (if delivery/collection service).
Assisting the driver to ensure that all vehicles are clean and wellmaintained, report any bumps/ scrapes/ accidents immediately to the Driver. Assisting the Driver in making sure their vehicle is secure when in motion.
