We are in search of an experienced Support Worker to assist a 13-year-old girl diagnosed with ASD, ADHD, and Learning Disability. The main goal is to help her engage in suitable leisure activities and meaningful play in the community. She is a lively young individual who enjoys swinging, climbing, jumping, and dancing, alongside coloring, music, teddies, and Pokémon. Communication with her is essential, as she has limited verbal skills. Your role will involve anticipating her needs, providing social stimulation, and assisting in developing relationships with peers. Additionally, you may need to offer some support with personal care tasks and mealtimes, focusing on encouragement. Safety is paramount due to her limited awareness of risks.

• Have a minimum of 12 months experience working with children with disabilities
• Display a positive attitude towards working with children with complex needs
• Show a genuine interest in this field
• Demonstrate a high level of initiative and reliability
• Be flexible and possess a caring nature
• Respect confidentiality

Requirements: Car driver with business insurance
