City Care Partnership is an innovative provider of Health & Social Care for adults with a Learning Disability and Autism based in the North West.


The Training Administration Assistant plays a vital role in facilitating the smooth and efficient delivery of training across the organisation.

This position involves coordinating various administrative tasks related to training activities, ensuring that employees receive the necessary instruction and support to effectively access and complete their required training, in a timely manner.


The primary responsibilities include scheduling training sessions, preparing training materials, maintaining training records and assisting with the evaluation of training effectiveness.


This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative tasks, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Based in our Care Management Office in Tyldesley. You will work as part of a team of 3, alongside our Office Manager and Administration Assistant.

You will work closely with your team to ensure appropriate day to day running of the office, as well as having your own areas of responsibility.


You will also work with other senior managers across the organisation, including directors, regional and registered managers to support the overall organisation aims and objectives.


You will cover the key responsibilities of the office manager in their absence, including minute taking for senior management meetings, data entry and training oversight.

Hours

  • 35hrs per week

Person Specification

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


It is
essential that you can demonstrate:


  • A minimum of 3 years in an office based, administrative role.
  • A full, checkable work history.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent MS Office skills; Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Flexibility, the role will occasionally involve evening and weekend work as required for the needs of the business.
  • Previous experience coordinating training events & managing training records.
  • Knowledge and experience working with training systems and providers within Health and Social Care.
  • A sound knowledge of General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
  • A good level of initiative, personal resilience and the ability to problem solve within a busy work setting.
  • You are highly organised and adaptable, able to manage a diverse range of tasks.
  • You have the ability to work as part of team (involving assisting others), while also comfortable with individual responsibilities.
  • A UK driving license.

The person:


Pay:
£28,108.08-£30,138.11 per year
