Description

We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for Team Leaders and Assistant Team Leaders to join our outstanding services in
Tyldesley, Levenshulme and Mayfield Road, Greater Manchester.

You will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of support workers to assist in the provision of a range of social, emotional, educational, physical & spiritual life skills of young adults with Learning Disability and/or Autism.


Your responsibilities will include the management and development of individual support packages, individual behavioural interventions, risk assessments and therapeutic development programs.

You will ensure the service provides opportunities for people we support and be committed to promote their rights, choice and participation within their community.

You will also be responsible for the safety of people, update and write reports on individual's support plan, keeping up to date with National Care Standards, managing house rotas, the client's finances and participate in outdoor activities such as hikes, horse-riding, orienteering and swimming.

Your hours of work will be 39 hours per week (Inclusive of allocated office hours) plus sleep-in duties, overtime and on calls as required.

£27,795.77-£32,346.60 per year

Experience:


  • Management experience within a care environment: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Minimum NVQ / QCF / RQF or PBS level 3 or above (required)
  • Full Manual UK/EU Driving Licence held for over 12 months (required)

Work authorisation:

  • United Kingdom (required)
