Are you an experienced EL or ER Professional who's passionate about employment law and takes pride in delivering high-quality and legally compliant advice and guidance to clients?Are you a conscientious and responsible individual, who is enthusiastic and organised with a commercial and pragmatic approach?
You may be a qualified legal professional (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive) with minimum of 2 years experience as a trainee / paralegal, or you may have relevant equivalent HR / ER Qualification or EL / ER experience of more than 2 years, which has been delivered in other legal or HR settings.
The WorkNest team is growing fast, so we're looking for a passionate Employment Law Advisor / Solicitor to join our friendly and professional Legal Team.

Your advice, which is focused on finding solutions for our clients EL/ER problems supported by cutting edge technology, will allow our clients to flourish through nurture and protection.
What you'll be doing
As Employment Law Advisor you will provide brilliant service to our clients by delivering high quality, commercially focused, legally compliant and high quality advice and support to clients on the complete range of Employment Law and HR topics in accordance with relevant employment Law requirements.
You'll play the important role of ensuring that our clients are able to meet their commercial objectives, as well as complying with the law and allowing the client to clearly consider the consequences of none / partial compliance if this is their consideration.
Where you'll be working
This is a hybrid role (a minimum of two days per week in either our Chester, Glasgow, or Aberdeen offices, with the rest of the week remote).
That way, you'll be able to work collaboratively with colleagues, while also having some quieter time to focus on your workload without distraction.
