Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media and Events Marketing Intern to join our team.

As a Social Media Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing social media platforms and assisting with public relations efforts.

This is a paid internship position.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in creating and curating engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and competitor activity
  • Must be good at capturing and editing videos on the phone.
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
  • Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create social media campaigns and promotions
  • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices for social media marketing
  • Assist with tracking and analyzing social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for content
  • Basic knowledge of public relations principles is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

£11.00-£12.00 per hour
