Job Summary:

As the Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our new luxury beauty retail store.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the efficient day-to-day operations, exceptional customer service, and achievement of sales targets.

Your passion for beauty products, professionalism, and leadership abilities will inspire and motivate our customers.

Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

Lead by example and drive sales by actively engaging with customers, demonstrating product knowledge, and promoting beauty products to meet and exceed sales goals.

Customer Experience:

Ensure every customer receives an exceptional shopping experience by providing personalised recommendations, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.

Team Management:
Support the Store Manager in training, and developing a skilled and knowledgeable team. Foster a positive and motivating work environment.

Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, product launches, and industry developments. Train and educate the team on product features and benefits.

Inventory Management:
Assist in monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stock checks, and ensuring products are displayed attractively.

Visual Merchandising:
Collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain visually appealing displays that showcase products effectively.

Store Operations:
Help in opening and closing procedures, manage cash handling, and handle keyholder responsibilities as required.

Sales Reporting:
Prepare sales reports and share insights with the Store Manager to strategize and achieve sales targets.

Compliance and Security:
Uphold store policies and procedures, including security measures to protect inventory and assets.

Passion for Beauty:
Demonstrate a genuine passion for beauty products and stay informed about industry trends and innovations.

Requirements:

Sales-Driven:
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.

Professionalism:
Impeccable personal presentation and excellent communication skills.

Smart and Passionate:
A keen interest in beauty and a desire to stay informed about the latest trends and products.

Reliability:
Strong work ethic and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Leadership Skills:
Prior experience in leading and motivating a team.

Key Holder Experience:
Familiarity with key holder responsibilities and cash handling.

Retail Experience:
At least 2-3 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably within the beauty or luxury industry.

Salary:
From £28,000.00 per year
