London based, hybrid role - 3 x per week in central London office
About the Sales Support Executive role
My client is a fast growing commercial broker within the SME Lending landscape. Since launching in 2021 they have disrupted the space with their fast and efficient offering allowing SME businesses to choose the right funding option for them
The leadership team are very well networked having successfully built SME lenders in the past creating a great learning opportunity for this individual to progress and learn the rope from industry professionals

As the Sales Support Executive your responsibilities and duties will include:
- Check correct information has been received from all clients and brokers
- Follow up with BFS if any documents missing, which may include following up with client to collate where appropriate
- Update information on CRM (Salesforce) and upload documents
- Follow up & chase lenders where required
- Liaise, update and work closely with wider leadership team to continue to develop
- Suggest changes and improvements to help the sales process
- Attend trade shows within the team
Essential Skills and Competencies of the Sales Support Executive are:
- Strong communication skills as big part of the role will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Confident and proactive mindset, my client is start up business so using your initiative is key to add value to wider business
- Ideally SME lending experience, fintech background or strong financial serviced knowledge
- Organised as you will be responsible for ensuring deadlines on deals
- Proven performer
- Shown ingenuity that has helped become a top performer
- Ability to quickly adapt as the company evolves through test & learn
- Selfbelieving and enterprising
