We are recruiting for a dynamic sales administrator for maternity cover, the company are based in Kingswinford, providing reliable and efficient distribution of steel and metal products to many industries.
Responsibilities:

Building customer relationships
:

Processing enquiries for bespoke orders:
-
Allocating materials for orders
:
-
Creating cutting / production plans for orders
:
-
Planning orders into production schedule
:
-
Ensuring order are produced and despatched on time
:
-
Updating spreadsheets / documents up to date
:
-
Maintaining stock levels
:
-
Using an internal Optimising cutting software
:
-
Brief knowledge of CNC software to check customer files. (Desirable but not essential):

Assisting with General office admin duties.
**Working hours: Monday to Friday
9.00 am to 17.00 pm
