- Understand the objectives and overall strategy of the firm and strive to support these through the provision of HR support.
- Work with stakeholders across the group to provide strategic guidance and support in the delivery of the group's goals and strategy.
- Assist with the creation and delivery of a talent management plan to identify high potential individuals and implement succession plans for key roles.
- Ensure the annual performance appraisal process is completed fairly and in a timely manner.
- Coach and influence managers on people management/leadership skills.
- Encourage excellence in performance at all levels.
- Champion the development of people management skills.
- Act as the primary point of contact for ER operational duties.
- Maintain accurate management information with the HR Assistant.
- Support recruitment activities and provide business case support.
- Oversee new starter admin responsibilities.
- Assist with the annual staff salary review process.
- Analyze and interpret HR Metrics to identify issues and develop improvement plans.
- Provide day-to-day HR support for the local office as and when needed.
- At least three years of HR Generalist experience.
- Agile working (the opportunity to work from home, subject to commitments).
- Carers' leave (up to five paid days' leave towards caring responsibilities).
- 25 days' annual leave entitlement and the opportunity to purchase or roll over 5 days.

Purpose of the role
Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner for the Finance & Projects Group, the HR Business Partner will provide HR support on all aspects of operational HR to F&P. The HRBP will establish and maintain influential relationships with relevant stakeholders across the group in conjunction with the Senior HRBP. Additionally, the role holder will assist in wider HR projects in agreement with Senior HRBP.
