Description

Duties will include:

Portfolio Management

  • Monitor compliance with credit policy, relevant local regulations, business strategy and real estate underwriting standards.
  • Drive enhanced levels of credit portfolio MIS for presentation through internal meetings such as pipeline discussions.

Risk Management

  • Provide credit analysis Real Estate proposals covering facilities for residential properties.
  • Embrace and embed a strong credit culture by meeting the highest standards in the Bank.
  • Undertake robust transaction cashflow modelling for new and existing cases, including downside scenario analysis.

Credit Control and Monitoring

  • Work with Credit Risk team to ensure the final legal documentation and analysis is in keeping with the approved terms and conditions.
  • Reviewing the transaction pre completion checklist and the drawdown form prior to any funds being disbursed.
  • Maintain ongoing records of required information i.e. Conditions Subsequent, AST Agreements etc.
  • Experience of credit analysis tools
  • Cashflow modelling for real estate proposals
  • Good lending/banking experience, including extensive creditrelated experience ideally within residential lending within a Private Banking environment.
  • Experience in managing interactions with clients, external contacts and UK colleagues.
This role will be office-based for training for the first 2 months and then move to a hybrid model. In return, you can expect a competitive package with a successful organisation.
