Signature are delighted to be recruiting for a Bid and Submissions Assistant to join an established architects firm in central Bristol on a permanent basis.

Working closely with the Senior Marketing Coordinator, you are responsible for building winning bids and tenders. If you love a varied role and thrive in a busy environment working collaboratively and to tight deadlines, this could be the role for you

Using your methodical approach and excellent written communication your key responsibilities are:

Support the bid process, including reading and understanding key bid deliverables, produce and format content for submission documents, complete prequalification questionnaires/tender documents and upload bids and submissions and track their progress.
Undertake market research
Support clientfocused marketing and business development plans and initiatives
Support others in the marketing team with ad hoc tasks
Prepare and submit awards submissions
Helping organise internal and external events.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication especially written English
An organised, methodical approach
Ability to work to tight deadlines and priorities workload
Ability to compile and proof read texts.
