This is a rare opportunity for a Mental Health Nurse band 6 to come and join our multi-disciplinary team.The Later Life Team provides mental health care for older adults who have a severe mental health condition within the Gloucester area

This is an exciting opportunity for a community mental health nurse who has some experience of working with older adults and caring for individuals with Enduring Mental Health problems.
The post will include care coordinating a designated caseload, working within CPA Policy and associated countywide risk procedures, travelling independently, use of IT skills and a working knowledge of legislation regarding safeguarding vulnerable adults, the MHA and MCA.
